It was great to have the opportunity to see one of our Renaissance Retirement designs finished and occupied; we are really pleased with the end result. The scheme is located in Marlborough and consists of 28 one and two bed luxury apartments.

The project entailed the extension and extensive refurbishment of a semi detached grade two listed late regency property. An unsympathetic 1960’s extension was demolished and replaced with a well considered and accurately detailed addition that compliments and enhances the original structure. A huge amount of work went into producing highly detailed conservation drawings to enable the replication and refurbishment of internal and external fixtures and fittings. Traditional construction methods and materials were also employed to maintain the look and integrity of the new extension. Both the client and the design team are justifiably very pleased with the end result.
Our Project at Victoria Park Road is finished. It’s official name is Henry Joy Close and the final touches to the landscaping are coming to an end, ready for the new residents to start moving in imminently. Well done to all involved.
