2 x Family Houses have been approved unanimously this morning by the planning committee at NFDC.

The scheme is a result of hard work and liaison with the planning officer throughout the lockdown period.

Planning approval for 7 Ashley Drive

We are delighted to have gained planning approval for the demolition of the existing chalet bungalow and construction of a substantial family home. We are currently working on the building regulations package and are looking forward to seeing the project start on site.
