Planning approval for 7 Ashley Drive

We are delighted to have gained planning approval for the demolition of the existing chalet bungalow and construction of a substantial family home. We are currently working on the building regulations package and are looking forward to seeing the project start on site.

Approval for Christchurch Police station

Approval granted on 1 The High Street Christchurch

We are pleased to announce  the approval of a mixed use scheme in the centre of Christchurch at committee today. This prominent corner plot will soon be home to eight residential units as well as one retail unit. Aspire worked closely on this project with James Webb of Forum Heritage and Matt Holmes of Spruce town planning and we are all very much looking forward to seeing it completed.

Planning approved today at committee for 5 x new residential units in Queens Park Avenue, Bournemouth.
