Strete Mount

A mix of 46 affordable maisonettes and houses built upon previously developed land which was formally affordable sheltered bungalows and owned by Sovereign housing association. It was a community lead project which was the final phase of the redevelopment of Sovereign owned sites. The units were constructed out of timber frame with a contemporary mixture of brick, render and cladding.

Southey Amethyst

Nine affordable houses designed on a prominent corner site within the Somerford Estate. The scheme involved the demolition of a very dated community centre which our client relocated to provide much needed local housing.

Scott’s Green

A mix of 27 affordable maisonettes and houses built upon previously developed land which was underutilised and owned by Sovereign housing association. It was a community lead project which came about following a previous planning refusal on the site. The units were constructed out of timber frame with traditional brick and plain roof tiles, as a modern design solution reflecting the character of the area.

Paddock Road

We gained planning permission to construct five new affordable homes on the site of a redundant doctor’s surgery. They will provide much needed additional affordable homes within the area.
