Single-Storey Rear Extension and remodelling

A rear extension was added to the bungalow, enhancing the overall space. The extension features a combination of pitched and flat roofing, which is a popular choice for blending traditional and modern design elements.  Roof Lanterns were incorporated into the flat roof areas, allowing natural light to flood into the newly extended dining and living areas, creating a bright and inviting environment.

Due to the nature of the typical 1960’s design the layout was compartmentalized, Aspire redesigned the layout to open up the spaces to the garden and the renovation introduced a more modern, open-plan layout that combines the kitchen, dining area, and lounge into a cohesive space, improving flow and functionality.

The master bedroom was upgraded with the addition of an ensuite bathroom, enhancing the private living space within the home.

Overall, Aspire’s involvement covered both the planning design and technical working drawings aspects, ensuring that the extension and internal renovations met the client’s needs while adhering to regulatory standards.
