Aspire Architect secured planning permission and created detailed technical working drawings for the redevelopment of 2 Whitehall.

The existing chalet bungalow has been fully renovated, with both the ground and first floors reconfigured and expanded. The redesigned upper floor will include an open-plan living space, highlighted by a new front gable curtain wall, walk-out terrace, and vaulted ceiling to enhance the first-floor views, while retaining the original height of the pitched roof and eaves. Additionally, the property’s exterior finishes, doors, and windows were entirely replaced along with a new garden room.
