Briar Cottage

Aspire Architect completed the Building Regulation technical working drawings and construction specification for a proposed two-storey side extension to an existing detached house. The extension features a lower-set pitched roof that complements the original design and follows the exact footprint of the former single-storey attached garage. Traditional construction methods were used throughout. Internal modifications on the first floor create access to a new master bedroom and bathroom suite.
