Aspire completed the detailed planning application and working drawings for the site development, collaborating closely with planning consultants. The project involved demolishing a two-bedroom detached bungalow to make way for two semi-detached 2.5-storey houses and one detached 2.5-storey house. The new properties are designed to blend with the local context, showcasing a traditional vernacular style. Each of the three 3-bedroom houses features open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas, along with a separate utility room and a snug/study.
