Aspire completed the detailed planning application and working drawings for this charming project near Hengistbury Head, Christchurch.

Originally conceived as a renovation with remodelling and extensions, the project was redefined when our client chose to demolish and rebuild the property to fully benefit from a brand-new home. The new design features a spacious open-plan rear area that integrates kitchen, dining, and living spaces, complemented by a separate snug lounge. A striking curved staircase leads to four bedrooms, a separate home office with a Juliet balcony, and a luxurious master suite with a glazed gable, offering access to a balcony terrace with views of Christchurch Priory.
