Aspire have completed the technical working drawing package of works for the following:

Project Brief:

Objective:

• Separation of land and demolition of an existing garage building to enable erection of new dwelling.

New Construction:

• Erection of a detached, traditional-style two-bedroom chalet bungalow.
• Features include a vaulted pitched roof, a flat-roof dormer structure, rooflights, a front overhead porch, and rear bi-fold doors.
• External finishes: front façade in brick and cement-board cladding, with side and rear rendered surfaces. Roof covered with concrete interlock tiles and windows in PVC.

Associated External Works:

• Construction of a new access drive and parking area.
• Installation of a narrowed pavement crossover and lowered front walls within visibility splays.
• Provision of a vehicle turntable, and structures for bin and cycle storage.
• Creation of a raised rear garden with retaining walls.
• Implementation of hard and soft surfacing, and boundary works.
