Demolition of the existing house and outbuildings. Construction of six new detached two-story, four-bedroom houses with traditional architecture, each featuring integral garages. The houses will have pitched roofs, a mix of render and cladding on the exterior, and include design elements such as dormers, roof lights, porches, bay windows, flat roofs, and roof lanterns. The project also includes the development of an access road, driveways, parking areas, hard and soft landscaping, boundary treatments, and a single carport structure.
